Three days ago I purchased a 2013 RAV 4. The salesman, Ali Zayyad, was very knowledgeable and spent alot of time with us. He answered all of our questions and arranged a test drive of 2 vehicles to help Ali Zayyad, was very knowledgeable and spent alot of time with us. He answered all of our questions and arranged a test drive of 2 vehicles to help us make an informed decision about our purchase. I never felt pressured at any time. It was a very pleasant experience. My last Toyota Camry lasted 9 years and 172,000 miles. I looked at other cars, but decided on another Toyota because of the great experience of owning one previously and the very good customer service during the purchasing process. More

Arrived at 9:30 AM left at 6 PM. I think deal was ok. The price on Toyota Certified Used was lower than price on dealer website; they honored the price but refused to negotiate price that we had. The tire ha price on Toyota Certified Used was lower than price on dealer website; they honored the price but refused to negotiate price that we had. The tire had plug in it, which there was no room for negotiation. Not to happy about that. I think tire got flat in parking lot from nails I saw with construction going on. I am not happy that cost of tire was passed onto me. Otherwise, a decent experience. More

This is my fourth vehicle and I've never had a sales rep uninstall and help install a carseat before! It is the little things that count and make you a truly happy customer! As a consumer I want to take my time and make sure I'm making the bet purchase and with Ali he wasn't pushy or overwhelming me with calls and emails. He wanted me to be happy with my choice and gave me all the time I needed! More

My husband and I purchased a 2011 Toyota Corolla S on January 21. Ali was most patient with us from start to finish. This new car purchase was a huge commitment for me. I still have a child in college, so I was on a strict budget. Working with Ali Zayyad was a very enjoyable experience. He completely understood my fina still have a child in college, so I was on a strict budget. Working with Ali Zayyad was a very enjoyable experience. He completely understood my financial restrictions and did all he could to get me to a monthly payment I felt comfortable making. Ali was also aware of my back problems and knee issues, so he took me on test drives in both the Rav4 and Camry, rather than smaller vehicles that are more confining. I was so grateful that he was so considerate of my health concerns. In the end, we got to a monthly payment I was happy with, and I now own a brand new 2012 Toyota Camry. I could not be happier! Thanks to everyone at Orland Toyota who helped me with this purchase. More
