The insurance and finance staff were all very professional and got me in and out as quickly as they could. This was a much better car buying experience than I was expecting; very impressed. Sales staff was patient both helping me decide which vehicle I really wanted, and settling on the lease terms that will be best for me. I absolutely recommend Millennium; they had all the cars I was looking at in stock, at a great price, and treated me with a friendly and never adversarial attitude. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. More

James opened the front door with a big smile and a friendly greeting. Brian was patient (I am a very cautious buyer) and really knew his product. I was more interested in things mechanical than in the friendly greeting. Brian was patient (I am a very cautious buyer) and really knew his product. I was more interested in things mechanical than in the comfort and entertainment features, and Brian had the answers. In the end, it comes down to price and we were able to make what I considered to be a fair deal. Alisa clinched it by finding me a rebate. Rob was unable to sell me the GAP or wear coverage, but he was courteous and respected my reasons. Likewise, Maria from the Allstate office was friendly, efficient and worked hard to get the car insured after hours, so that I could drive it out. I didn't expect to drive away with a car last evening, but I am very pleased with the car and the experience of entering into the lease. More

I never felt pressured. Everyone who directly assisted me, Brian Tighe, Anthony Santi, and Alisa Sukwanitkun, was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. While Brian met me on my initial visit to the sh me, Brian Tighe, Anthony Santi, and Alisa Sukwanitkun, was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. While Brian met me on my initial visit to the showroom, many other employees greeted me and offered to assist me as I wandered about. Although he never mentioned it, I believe that perhaps Brian may have come in today (July 1) which may have been his day off, because I had indicated previously that it would be convenient for my wife and me to complete our purchase today. I only dealt with Alisa today to deliver my payment and to sign the necessary paperwork. The whole process only took 15-20 minutes and was smooth and pleasant. Anthony has gone out of his way to create a genuinely congenial atmosphere. He made me feel like family, and I had occasion to observe him interacting with other customers, and I saw that he seemed to have the same effect on them as well. I've been around, and I'm very good at sensing superficiality in others, and I saw none of that with these folks at Millennium Toyota. They, in particular, and the establishment as a whole exudes a sense of quiet confidence in their product and services. I received several overtures from other dealerships in my area including several other Toyota dealerships. I bought my Highlander at Millenium Toyota. We visited Millenium Toyota mainly to see the size of the Prius and to see if it met our family's needs and to get an idea as to what the financials would be in leasing a Prius. We left the dealership in our brand new Prius that same day! (next time I will remember to clean out my car BEFORE visiting a dealership) The leasing process was seamless and we are more than satisfied! Everyone we spoke to that day, from the salesman (Al) to the finance manager (Alisha) was extremely helpful and professional. Congratulations to Millenium Toyota! We will be back when our lease is up to sign for our next Prius. More

The reason I have preferred to lease Camrays for the past twelve years is primarily to the service and attention to detail performed by Mark Campbell and Alisa Sukwanitkun. When I enter the dealership at the time for lease renewal, I'm greeted by Mark and Lisa as though I had been there the week before not over a year ago. They know my needs and my desires in a car and help me to choose the right automobile for me and my family. They do not just sell me a car; they actually put my needs before their own or those of the dealership. If I were still in business, I would try to steal the two of them away and make them executives in my own firm. Your cars have always been dependable and trustworthy and for that I am grateful, but Mark Campbell and Alisa Sukwanitkun are extraordinary and will always have my gratitude. Ed Burns More
