VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I was informed by a salesperson that I was approved for a car mid February however I had to wait for the car to be brought in, in which it took almos I was informed by a salesperson that I was approved for a car mid February however I had to wait for the car to be brought in, in which it took almost 2 weeks and I was updated with false hope. As I was getting ready to go pick up the car Tuesday after being told I was approved and the car was ready ALL OF A SUDDEN the car has issues THEN I was informed they had another car for me. I called Ethan as instructed and he informed me that Tanya informed him that there was never a car nor deal! I wasted my time and patience with this dealership AND Ethan was very rude on the phone and unprofessional along with Tanya as a financial advisor!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! They are super unprofessional!! More
