From the time I contacted the dealership through email on Thursday night until I purchased the car on Saturday afternoon and the delivery of the Bronco Sport on Monday I could not ask for a better experience Thursday night until I purchased the car on Saturday afternoon and the delivery of the Bronco Sport on Monday I could not ask for a better experience. From Tia with the internet team reaching out and me calling them and being given Jessica as a sales lady to Todd making contact on Saturday it was a wonderful experience. I had reached out to numerous dealerships and some of them I still have not received a price quote from over months ago. Please don't waste your time with other dealerships. Merchant Ford is the best. Jessica was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Between explaining the cash back deals to taking videos of the car and making sure I was taken care of the whole time. Please if you plan on purchasing a car please allow them an opportunity. Thank you so much for taking sure good care of me. I love my new Bronco Sport. More
