I’ve been going to this dealership for a long time and really appreciate their consistently great work and customer service. Josh Durdaller is exceptional in every way. He’s thorough, friendly, and is alw really appreciate their consistently great work and customer service. Josh Durdaller is exceptional in every way. He’s thorough, friendly, and is always able to answer any questions. I also appreciate Alix Webb stepping in during my last appointment to help me out when Josh was unavailable at one point. She’s always someone who’s consistently excellent to work with. Although they’re going through a major renovation, they’ve figured out a way to make dealing with them quite easy. More

The worst communication ever. If my car wasn’t under warranty still, there is a zero percent chance I would bring my car here still. I have never received a call to update regarding the status of work, only getting answers when I’ve called multiple times. This past week, after I called twice, our car was ready.. great! Then my husband goes to pick it up, they can’t find it, then they are telling us it’s still not done. We picked up the car, but what a headache and what absolutely poor customer service. More

They forgot to change power steering fluid and forgot to check tire pressure, 3 of our 4 tires needed air and I had to pull the car back in to get it completed properly. Took us an additional 45 minutes aft check tire pressure, 3 of our 4 tires needed air and I had to pull the car back in to get it completed properly. Took us an additional 45 minutes after paying for the car and then was told to wait and have the power steering fluid changed after the first of the year. More
