I came in as a returning customer after my relatives warned me to not work with this dealership. My first mistake I know. I purchased a new lease and the sales person screwed up my payment leaving me wi warned me to not work with this dealership. My first mistake I know. I purchased a new lease and the sales person screwed up my payment leaving me with $300 bill that was not my responsibility. Fast forward ~ 2 months I was receiving multiples phone calls from MBFS about the bill AFTER Allam in finance said he fixed the issue with MBFS. I called every other day for 2 weeks to resolve the issue, they kept saying he’s “with customers”, so I walked in 10 mins later to see Allam I kindly ask, is Allam available? He says “what are you a cop?” This review is to outline and highlight the unprofessional behavior Allam had with me. He said he refuses to help me because I am being sarcastic? Mind you, I started the conversation with the facts and advised him I will not be returning to this dealership with my business. I want to point out the general manager Mossy-nice guy who is reliable and professional. It is unfortunate that customers like myself spending money at this business are treated with such disrespect. More
