After my truck was purchased and paperwork was signed. My dealer informed me my new Honda ridgeline was under review for a safety feature recall and could not take it home. I asked for a rental car becaus My dealer informed me my new Honda ridgeline was under review for a safety feature recall and could not take it home. I asked for a rental car because they informed me my tires on my Honda fit I traded in was not safe to drive and they still declined the rental. It took an additional 2 days to pick up my new Ridgleine truck and they didn't even give me any proof that anything was worked on in the new truck. I say "they" because there was about 4 different people who helped me besides Melanie which was the main person I talked to. They gave short answers with little explanation to everything I asked. As if they were covering something up. More
