Allen in financing was very fair to deal with and provided me with the best possible outcome when signing! These individuals were friendly, seemed very experienced and demonstrated a high degree of integrity. If you are considering a Subaru I would highly recommended this dealership. The Subaru, in my opinion is one of the safer vehicles on the highway. Going from primarily driving SUV's to a car I was a bit hesitant but the staff reassured me choosing this car with a near legendary all wheel drive system and reliability, this new ride will make for a very safe all weather drive. Great auto buying experience My wife and I have been looking quite a while for a vehicle to fit our lifestyle, deciding on a CUV. With many models to choose from we went from de My wife and I have been looking quite a while for a vehicle to fit our lifestyle, deciding on a CUV. With many models to choose from we went from dealer to dealer and met many salespeople along the way. The choice got narrowed to two models, different dealers. One dealer we have dealt with in the past and have been very satisfied with the staff and particularly with the vehicles we purchased (New). While we both agreed the model they offered would be an excellent choice we were actually put-off with the "Welcome" we received, or rather the lack of. The sales person we dealt with did little to earn our business and the overall "atmosphere" was rather cold and uninviting. This was true with the first as well as subsequent visits during our search. Seth was our contact at New Motors and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and, particularly important to us, listened to our wants and needs. He kept in contact throughout our search process, and never "hounded" us. He worked very hard for our business as did the ancillary staff at New Motors. Our experience at New Motors was enjoyable as well as productive! We will highly recommend both the Subaru brand as well as New Motors! Ask for Seth Murphy, he'll earn your business. More

Effortlessly traded in my 2016 for a 2018 I purchased my first new car, a 2016 Subaru Outback Premium, from Steve Dillon in September 2015 and he made what I thought was going to be a nerve r I purchased my first new car, a 2016 Subaru Outback Premium, from Steve Dillon in September 2015 and he made what I thought was going to be a nerve racking process easy, comfortable and informative. This past summer New Motors contacted me twice about their Guaranteed Trade In Program. In June I talked to Andrew Vollant about getting into a 2017. The 2018's weren't out yet and pricing wasn't available, but it got me thinking about upgrading trim levels. When my inspection was due at the end of August I sat down again with Andrew after having seen the 2018 Outbacks in person and in reviews. After deciding to go with the Outback Limited, working out the trade and pricing with Andrew was a breeze. Since New Motors had the color, trim and package I wanted I was able to pick up my new vehicle just a few days later and it was once again a pleasure to work with Steve getting acquainted with new features and technology. He was patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Steve introduced me to Beth Moski who, as an Encore Delivery Specialist, has been incredibly helpful in researching and answering my questions about the new head unit. Allen Yingling was great to deal with when financing my new purchases both times. I enjoy the friendly and professional service when in for routine maintenance. Mike Francis was my salesperson, after having emailed with Keisha. Allen took care of my financing package. They were all very friendly, accommodating, thorough and efficient. Since the big concerns of mine were having warranty coverage and sticking to a retirement budget, they were able to handle that for me, and now I have a nice car that is pretty much everything I was looking for. Mike was very helpful with transitioning me from my old car to my new one and was very patient explaining how to work the Bluetooth connection 😊. Thanks, mike, if you hadn't set that up I probably wouldn't have used it, but I've tried it now and really like it! I at no time felt pressured, and am glad that making a car decision has become much less stressful and more satisfying! More
