Had a great car buying experience at New Motors Subaru in Erie, PA on July 31, 2025. Shane Harney initiated the sale for me and Mike Francis spent hours facilitating the buy. Mike was instrumental in getting me up to speed with all the “bells and whistles”! He took time to make sure I knew my way around the instrument panel, pared my IPhone and got me connected with My Subaru! Very patient and unhurried… Michelle Happy did a great job with the financial end of things! General Mgr., Andrew Volant, was the key to getting the numbers where they needed to be. This dealership is the perfect definition of customer service. They treat you the way you’re supposed to be treated when buying a new car and not what your typical dealership does.
