Went in to test drive a vehicle. It didn't run, I called back twice to see if they were able to get it running because the associate said they were fixing it. Allison was an absolute pleasure to work with. She very clearly was well versed in the process and dealt with our barrage of 100 questions and taking the time to listen to my finance concerns and She very clearly was well versed in the process and dealt with our barrage of 100 questions and taking the time to listen to my finance concerns and asking her team to adjust the numbers a total of 3 different times. This was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had and Allison was the main reason of that. Additionally, we really liked how we could walk the lot and look at cars without a pesky sales person coming and forcing vehicles on us. More
