From the start of my vehicle journey with Allison, she was extremely accommodating and worked with me on my particular needs. Starting with just emailing with Allison and looking into a particular vehicle was extremely accommodating and worked with me on my particular needs. Instead of having me needing to come down and step foot into the dealership. In order to discuss specifics, or for me to discuss anything about the vehicle model, specials going on, and options on the lot of the vehicle I was looking at. Until I was ready to come in and meet before taking it for a test drive. When the figures didn't work, Allison and Peter went above and more. They took their time to help (not push) me. Finding a way to assist me, with my current vehicle situation, on my time until we were able to find the right vehicle, and price breakdown with additional accommodations. Allowing me to drive off with a great price, and higher model and trim vehicle, resulting pleasant service experience from start to finish. The new vehicle has been a constant thrill to drive each time, and it's on-suite of safety and functional features are used every time I take it out. If you are looking for an open and helpful experience in purchasing or leasing a new vehicle.
