I brought my Honda HR-V in to be serviced because I had 3 warning alerts flashing at me and I had a question about the psi in my tires. Joe Dubuc was the gentleman who serviced my car. He kindly and clearl warning alerts flashing at me and I had a question about the psi in my tires. Joe Dubuc was the gentleman who serviced my car. He kindly and clearly explained why these lights were flashing when I had only driven the car a little over one thousand miles since last fall. I understood the protocol. We discussed my tires being set at 29 psi when I left the lot and told me what they should be set at once corrected the psi. I had another couple of questions that Joe easily answered to my satisfaction. I was a really nice experience being treated kindly and respectfully. My wait for my car was minimal and I left there with a good and satisfied feeling that both my car and my questioning self were well taken care of! I thanked Joe for his service and hope to see him again when I return for my next service appointment. More
