A great experience, I drove 72 miles for the car I bought! A used BMW came up on Carsoup, and when I called Almin, he was able to help me-even though a storm had just knocked out the power to the computers and A used BMW came up on Carsoup, and when I called Almin, he was able to help me-even though a storm had just knocked out the power to the computers and A/C. He assured me he could get the new arrival ready by the time I drove to Rochester, some 72 miles from my house in Minneapolis. The car was better than described, the price was good, and his friendliness and knowledge was more than perfect. I would give him an 11! Lisa in finance was actually enjoyable, with a professionalism and personality that was so calming. She even recommended a lovely drive as we went out to dinner to celebrate my first (red!) BMW. Great place to work with. Wish they were here in the Twin Cities. More
