Everyone is very friendly and they will ask you if you're being helped, and they always mention the lounge area to get snacks and drinks. The sales process was good, the sales people took the time to help with test drives/financing/snacks/and trade-ins. Everything was explained well. The sales managers and other sales people would engage in conversations while waiting, which made you feel comfortable. The sales managers went over and above to make sure that we kept the payment in our range, could not ask for more. My ONLY complaint is the trade-in negotiations. Since this is the ONLY negotiations for the customer now, they make it very difficult to feel that it is a fair deal for the customer. Great experience overall!! Highly recommended and will probably go there for my next car purchases in 10 years! More

A few months later I had to have some service I purchased my VW Beetle in the cities at another dealership and it was the worst customer service ever. A few months later I had to have some service done and decided I wanted to try my local dealership in Rochester and what a difference, I just couldn't believe the level of professionalism, (even though I was a bit testy initially) LOL I will not go anywhere else and highly recommend Luther Park Place to anyone. I have dealt with Mac and Jeff in service and I did talk to Almin in sales along with the girls at the checkout counter and I have never had a bad or negative experience with any of them. They make you feel like you are the only customer they have, they return calls as promised and go way beyond the call of duty every single time. Oh, and did I mention that they even wash and vacuum out my car with every visit? I can not say enough about this Park Place Team. Speaking of team, I love that they have longevity with their employees, it's nice going back after a year and having the same people there. Thank you again to all of you! More
