Was dealing with a loss and taking care of funeral arrangements when they reached out to me, asked multiple times for deal sheet before I headed that way bc it was least of my worries. They stated everything was “the same”. Once I got to sign papers I find out that they put the price of vehicle for 56k and there was nothing I can do about the price and they finance person apologized and said “they usually do that, they won’t show you deal sheet until they get you back here with me so I do apologize for that” basically stating they know what they’re doing to get you, so at the end it’s a actually a bind. But hey, as long as they’re getting paid they don’t care. More

I really wanted this purchase to be a positive experience, but unfortunately it has been anything but. I purchased a new commercial truck for my business, with the expectation that I would be able to put it into service quickly. Instead, I’ve dealt with multiple issues involving the registration process, questions about the handling of the sales tax refund, and problems with the third-party flatbed installation that required additional trips back to the dealership. I spent a significant amount of time trying to understand why my transaction was handled the way it was. I asked for written documentation supporting the dealership’s position regarding the sales tax refund, but I was told it was the dealership’s “store policy” and was not provided with written documentation during my visit. I also contacted Ally Financial, and they referred me back to the dealership for clarification. The most frustrating part is that this truck was purchased to generate income for my business, and these delays have kept me from getting back to work as quickly as planned. Every day the truck is unavailable affects my company. I appreciate that the staff has spoken with me, but I expected better communication, greater transparency, and a faster resolution to the issues after purchasing a brand-new commercial truck. I sincerely hope the dealership’s management reviews my concerns and works toward a fair resolution. More
