I have tried multiple times to reach an operator or financial department. I explain to them that when I bought my jeep, my physical address was not my mailing address. I have yet to receive my regist financial department. I explain to them that when I bought my jeep, my physical address was not my mailing address. I have yet to receive my registration sticker and any information for making my first payment due next week. I have even texted Alonzo, with no response. My husband has tried also. No response. My husband is driving home early today from our lake house to personally address this issue. Very disappointed in your service. I won’t buy another vehicle from you. More

Was not successful the first time. Salesman was nice although after the sale was completed he pretty my ghosted me never answered my calls which was very upsetting. My brand new car left me stranded due to the key fob being dead. He gave me 2 key fobs and one does not even belong to the car I purchased. I called him 3 times and also texted him and he has yet to respond.. it was very upsetting, my car was brought from out of town he did go out of his way to find me the color that I wanted but when I got it I was not 100% happy with it. With a purchase that expensive I wanted to be 100% happy. There was things that I did not like about the new car. I had serval questions and he was not there to help with that. I called and left a message for someone to contact me back and never got a call back . More
