Alvaro provided me with great service. I did not appreciate the fact that the lease price that I was initially told was extremely higher than the one I was told over the phone prior to com I did not appreciate the fact that the lease price that I was initially told was extremely higher than the one I was told over the phone prior to coming in. Once I negated that offer, they came back with a more reasonable offer although it was somewhat higher than what I was led to believe it would be. If you do not want to waste your time AVOID this dealership. They advertise a price on their website and when you get there it is 10k higher that the price they have on the website. I wasted two hou dealership. They advertise a price on their website and when you get there it is 10k higher that the price they have on the website. I wasted two hours going back and forth with them over the price of the vehicle which is much higher that the price on the website (keeping in mind I am a returning customer that just bought a car from them 5 days ago) and left without taking the car. The second I left the dealership they started calling and saying come back and we will work the numbers for you and gave me an appointment the next day after they have confirmed they will provide a better price. I wasted my time again and drove the next day and the Manager Alex come up to me and says the numbers are the same we are not going to lower it more, and said thank you and turned around and walked without even listening to me.
