This company and staff along with our customers has had a great impact on me staying and enjoying my job for so long. Alvin did not treat me as a second-class citizen, being a woman buying a car, nor did he use pushy sales tactics to sell one. Another local Toyota dealership which sold me my last car took 4 days to finally woman buying a car, nor did he use pushy sales tactics to sell one. Another local Toyota dealership which sold me my last car took 4 days to finally accept that I only was willing and able to make a certain monthly payment, and give me the price my trade-in was worth. I am very financially responsible, and appreciated the time Alvin took to explain things to me without pushing. Both he and the finance department representative (Saul, I believe his name was) made this as painless an experience as possible, considering the money I was spending! More
