This is my third lease vehicle and their service has always been exceptional! Ed Stewart and Alvis Young are the best and because of their superb service I wouldn't go anywhere else. Very pleased to see the upgrades to the customer waiting area which had been underwhelming at my last visit Good results with the renovation! Service Adviser was very helpful and knowledgeable waiting area which had been underwhelming at my last visit Good results with the renovation! Service Adviser was very helpful and knowledgeable However it took longer than expected for an oil change after having made an appointment online. Results though were excellent. It would be nice to have received a text with status update so I could make adjustments to any plans I may have had for the day Overall I am impressed Thank you More

Had the car towed in without a specific appointment on a Monday morning. The Service Department worked us in and got us a loaner car until repairs were made. They also fixed an outstanding recall issue whi Monday morning. The Service Department worked us in and got us a loaner car until repairs were made. They also fixed an outstanding recall issue while the warranty repair work was being done, and we bought 4 new tires at the same time. The Service Representative (Alvis Young) communicated with us by phone and e-mail as the worked progressed with a full accounting of costs, so no surprises at the end. All the repairs and service items were completed by end of business on Wednesday, and we picked the car up on Thursday morning. A very good experience More

Worst costumer service I was under warranty and was charger 200 for reprogramming the windshield wipers after my battery was changed by them a month back and some my windshield wipers got de programmed charger 200 for reprogramming the windshield wipers after my battery was changed by them a month back and some my windshield wipers got de programmed. Worst customer service ever don’t believe any sales rep when u get car worked or the warranty they will still charge u. More
