Went put of their way to help I didn't buy a VW, but when I found the Toyota truck I wanted there I was willing to drive the 2 hours to get my hard to find older model car with lo I didn't buy a VW, but when I found the Toyota truck I wanted there I was willing to drive the 2 hours to get my hard to find older model car with low milage. Kevin and his counterpart Alyse were great, measuring the car and taking video before we made the drive. Once we got there Jay Citron was awesome making things as fast as possible for us after an exhausting day of car shopping. More

Value of Time Jay my salesmen was nothing but helpful . He valued the only thing I care about my time . Stoped in to look at truck on lot . Test drive it and I left Jay my salesmen was nothing but helpful . He valued the only thing I care about my time . Stoped in to look at truck on lot . Test drive it and I left telling him I would follow up with my decisions.NO!!! Pressure at all. Told him I was crazy busy and would like to just do deal and ale everything happen via emails and text . OMG !!! They get it Jay my sales rep and Jason in credit . At no point did I feel like I was getting the short end of the deal . True gentalman and professionals . More

Excellent Service There’s a few VW dealerships in Monmouth county but I had the best experience at World VW of Neptune. Really nice place to come The dealership is really nice. The staff is open about the most things and that I appreciated. The tire pressure monitoring system did turn on as soon The dealership is really nice. The staff is open about the most things and that I appreciated. The tire pressure monitoring system did turn on as soon as I started driving for 10 after I took the car out of the dealership, so that I wasn't too happy about. But all in all they were really easy to work with. More
