Alyssa Corbet was the saving grace. I had called on a Friday and a GM called back made appointment with them as they wanted to be there personally. Never saw him. Thankfully Grace took the time to talk me down show me some things and explaining was not a glitch at the GM said. For the amount if money I am spending do jot want to hear Glitch. Grace believed it got stick in an update and froze the sound. Onstar could not hear me either rhey had to call my cell phone. As the dealer was not open Onstar could not do anything, ran a diagnostic check came up clean. Never met GM never showed up. Sales person Grace happened to see me and topped and talked to me. No red caret or actual concern from a GM but Grace and Alyssa did care. Finding a good service department is tough. Alyssa made me feel I could go back.as far as buying from Mohawk again GM gives that a well see if I show for the signing of the paperwork. More

Madyson, my sales person, and George, my finance guy both went over and beyond for me, and the service dept. were all absolutely fantastic. They all get 100+ percent and a gold star. Marc worked very well with us on the purchase of our new vehicle and would deal with Marc again. It was a tough deal to work seeing that I was a disgruntled customer getting out of a lease on a 2003 High Co vehicle and would deal with Marc again. It was a tough deal to work seeing that I was a disgruntled customer getting out of a lease on a 2003 High Country that was a Chevrolet issue not, Mohawk Chevrolet. On another note, I was not happy with the Service Department at all!!! I won't get into the exact specifics of the problem but they need to work on the communication lines with the customer. One instance, I took the truck in to have a scratch repaired that happened in Mohawk's repair shop. I was asked about a loaner because they were having issues scheduling loaners at that time. I inquired how long the truck would be tied up and was told 2 days!! I told them we didn't need a loaner and could get by for 2 days without it. One week into the repair I had heard nothing from service. I left a message and received a call from Alyssa. The truck had not been completed and was still at the off-premise repair shop. I inquired about how much longer it would be and she stated she wasn't sure but would check and let me know. After several days of hearing nothing I called back and spoke to Alyssa again, she stated she would contact them now. Later that afternoon I received a call from a "Robert" who stated it wouldn't be done until at least Monday (3 weeks in). At the end, we purchased a new vehicle and never took possession of the High Country again. Definitely need to keep customers informed about their vehicles and respond as they say they will. More

Brought my truck in for allignment. Allignment rack stopped functioning during service. Other techs were deep into a job on the other rack. Alyssa kept me advised and provided a loaner so I could finish my day. She was also prepared for me to take the loaner home if needed and they would deliver my truck and retrieve the loaner. More
