Mohawk Chevrolet is great. The part I need replaced on a 7 year old car originally appeared to be no longer available. However, my service rep pursued the matter and found one, maybe one of the last ones around. This is the info/entertainment/navigation center of the vehicle how on earth can GM allow this part NOT TO BE AVAILABLE!!! I know this is a GM issue but the dealership is the face of GM and the contact point for the customer and they are the ones that get the negative feedback. I will continue to bring all 3 of my vehicles to Mohawk Chevrolet for service because the Service Department and everyone I have had contact with is GREAT! Plus I drive out with a freshly washed Car. More

Mohawk Chevrolet has a welcoming, well-trained, friendly, and accommodating staff. It is easy to find - just look for the huge American flag on Rt 67. The property is a beautiful and comfortable place to wait for services to be completed. A complete list of what the services were is shared and explained. I was initially disappointed when Mohawk Chevrolet moved out of Clifton Park, but now I look forward receiving my Chevy Cruze services a bit north of where I used to receive them. I am happy to see Alyssa when I get there. Before my retirement from teaching, she was one of my very favorite students, and she continues doing a great job at her current position. More

Mohawk Chevrolet is an honest dealer with friendly, knowledgeable personnel and great service. They always make the customer feel comfortable and have a great waiting area.
