My sons car broke down while I was out of town. I knew I could count on Greg Rivers and the Mohawk Chevy team to make sure my son was taken care of and that he would leave with a safe vehicle to dr I knew I could count on Greg Rivers and the Mohawk Chevy team to make sure my son was taken care of and that he would leave with a safe vehicle to drive. I love the atmosphere and service that I receive at Mohawk Chevy, they truly care about their customers and make you feel like a part of their family. I did have a few issues but nothing that will stop Mohawk Chevy, they truly care about their customers and make you feel like a part of their family. I did have a few issues but nothing that will stop me from going back. The length of the service was a lot longer than anticipated (over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation). The service manager, Steve was fantastic.. initially I was happy when I was told that I would have to pay between $200 and $300 to replace the 3 belts that were damaged due to the water pump going bad. Th was happy when I was told that I would have to pay between $200 and $300 to replace the 3 belts that were damaged due to the water pump going bad. The pump was covered under warranty, but I was told that I had to pay for the belts. I disputed this statement. When Steve got involved he made things right. I also didn’t like the fact that I was told the the warranty coordinator refused to speak to me about this issue. I was told this by Allyssa.things would be far less complicated if the warranty person would try to work things out with the customer. Thanks again Steve, great job More
