WENT TO THE MOHAWK CHEVEY SERVICE DEPTARTMENT TO HAVE A LOWER VALENCE PUT ON . DROPING OFF THE CAR WAS QUICK AND EASY WITH NO WAITING . WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR THE SERVICE DEPT COULDN'T LOCATE THE P LOWER VALENCE PUT ON . DROPING OFF THE CAR WAS QUICK AND EASY WITH NO WAITING . WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR THE SERVICE DEPT COULDN'T LOCATE THE PAPER WORK . SO AFTER CHECKING AROUND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE CAR HAD NOT BEEN IN TO THE SHOP TO FIX THE PROBLEM . I WAS VERY FRUSTRATED AND UPSET. STEVE DUNCAN SPOKE TO ME AND SAID HE WAS TAKING FULL RESPONSIBILIUTY AND THIS SHOULD OF NEVER HAPPENED AND AT WICH TIME THEY PUT SOMEONE RIGHT ON IT HAD HAD IT DONE IN NO TIME ABOUT 15 MINUTES . I WAS ALSO COMPENSATED WITH A FREE OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION . I WAS HOPING THAT THEY WOULD OF KNOCKED SOME $ OF OFF THE TOTAL BILL . More

Great service. Everyone I met at the dealership was very friendly and truly made sure that I and my dog were comfortable while wtg. Also the service dept took pictures for me to share with the dealer I bou friendly and truly made sure that I and my dog were comfortable while wtg. Also the service dept took pictures for me to share with the dealer I bought the vehicle from in order to file a claim with them for reimbursement....that was very helpful and they did this without me even asking.
