Got an oil change, but where I got oil change couldn't give me inspection due to other issues. Same day I then drove to dealership. Dealership did diagnosis for items required to get inpection, many issue give me inspection due to other issues. Same day I then drove to dealership. Dealership did diagnosis for items required to get inpection, many issues found, no problem expected its an old car. But then I was told there was no oil in car, which seemed impossible. Like I said I had just got oil change and it's not like there was black smoke billowing out when I drove it there. But taking there word I called where I had gotten oil change to tell them, there was no oil. They couldn't understand why or how and were very apologetic. But when I picked my car up from dealer, they then told me there actually was oil, but only 3 quarts. Felt like I was playing a game of telephone. No one knew what they were talking about. When I got home I googled it, and actually I think there was oil all along, but because I had just gotten an oil change it was too clear and not reading on the dip stick. I checked when I got home, and eureka!!! Way more oil then should even be in the car. But you would think the experts would know that when they checked the oil during diagnosis after I told them I had just gotten an oil change!!! And I could not have lost 7 quarts of oil on the way there. More

This dealership does a very nice job and everyone is friendly. The dealership is new and beautiful as well. The only knock when compared to the other gm dealerships in the area is that the service dep friendly. The dealership is new and beautiful as well. The only knock when compared to the other gm dealerships in the area is that the service department of Mohawk is a good amount slower for customers waiting on their vehicle. An oil change here is over an hour whereas the others (mangino, depaula, denooyer) were all at most 35 minutes for the same service. Also, the other dealerships automatically apply their service promotions/coupons whereas Mohawk charges full price only lowering it if asked. More
