Hello! My name is Alyssa, I work in the Sales Department here at David Dodge. I became part of the David Family in 2011, working part-time as a Receptionist in the Service Department. I currently work as an Internet Sales Consultant, Business Development Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant. In addition to working full time at the dealership, I am also a full-time student at West Chester University. I plan to graduate with a Business Degree in Marketing. After graduation, I plan to start a career in Event Planning. Outside of work and school, I enjoy hosting parties, cooking, traveling and spending time with family, friends, and my adorable puppy, Jax.

Poor communicstion We drove from NJ to this dealership in PA. Over 2 hours, the whole time communicating specifically about a car they had for sale. Got to the dealershi We drove from NJ to this dealership in PA. Over 2 hours, the whole time communicating specifically about a car they had for sale. Got to the dealership met our salesman who said he specifically had the car ready for us to test drive. We drove the car and during the paperwork processing we were informed by the manager the car was sold. They then low balled us on the value of our car st $1500. The. day before a different dealership offered us $3500. Not a way to do business More

Excellent Service !! I am extremely pleased by the great service offered by David Dodge and by all the courteous and attentive service writers there. Especially Scott Str I am extremely pleased by the great service offered by David Dodge and by all the courteous and attentive service writers there. Especially Scott Streeter who always goes above and beyond to address all my concerns, takes the time to listen, and always pays attention to and makes sure that all the important details are not overlooked. Recently I was there for warranty repair work for a tie rod and axel cv joint replacement - they also replaced an airbag that was recalled. I wasn't aware that there was a recall for the airbag on my vehicle, but Scott knew and replaced it while I was there as part of my regular service anyway. The dealership through their representative, Scott Streeter always makes sure I am satisfied. They always provide a rental car when I drop off my car for service if the problem can't be addressed that day. I never have to wait for an appointment. I call and they say bring it right over. They service department is open every weekday till 9:00PM and on Saturdays until 6:00PM. When I am there for service that can be addressed immediately they have a great waiting room with three large TVs, WIFI, charging ports for my computer and phone, not to mention Wawa Coffee, and a huge variety of snacks - free of charge for the comfort of their customers. I just bring my laptop and get my work done while waiting - and the wait isn't usually long. Thanks again David Dodge and Scott Streeter! I wouldn't think of bringing my car anywhere else! More

Quickest purchase experience ever I walked in at 5 o'clock on a Saturday, an hour before closing and walked out within an hour. Brad the salesman was perfect. He allowed me look and de I walked in at 5 o'clock on a Saturday, an hour before closing and walked out within an hour. Brad the salesman was perfect. He allowed me look and decide on my own. No "hovering" over me as I walked around the lot. This is the 3rd Jeep Wrangler I bought at David and I also referred a friend who I also believe will be coming back in the future. Brad knew how much of a hurry I was in and finished everything quicker then I've ever experienced and am very satisfied with my new Jeep. I also came back a couple days later to get the DuPont coating put on. I was given a loaner vehicle for 24 hours which was also done flawlessly. More

They were very efficient and I am happier than ever in my new Jeep. Someone actually came up to me today in a shopping parking lot, complimenting my Jeep and mentioned how they were looking. I referred them to David's Dodge, as I would to anyone looking for a car because of their great service and the experience I had. More
