Alyssa was UNBELIEVABLE and truly LISTENED to our needs and then found a truck that met them. Not the other way around - trying to up sell us or just make a sale, which has always been our experience. Kyle and his driver were amazing - we wanted them to stay for dinner at our delivery after driving all that way! They were genuinely as excited about this purchase as we were. Having never met Alyssa or Kyle or his driver they sincerely felt like old friends we’ve known a lifetime - that’s how comfortable we were. Alyssa made the delivery and purchase happen literally within hours so I could surprise my husband with his brand new truck...AND WAS AS EXCITED TO MAKE IT HAPPEN AS ME!!! I mean who does that at a car dealer today???? NO ONE! We purchased this truck unseen that’s how much faith and trust we had from literally 2 phone calls with Alyssa.
