She She was respectful of my interests and wishes as I shopped for a car. I found her to be very knowledgeable as well as honest about the products. She took the time to price out multiple cars for me and give me a variety of options. I found the entire process of buying my car painless and even enjoyable. The service did not end when I walked out the door, either. She’s been very available to answer my questions and has followed with up with me several times on her own. I would recommend Alyssa and Motor Werks to anyone looking to buy a car. More

Since no one works on commission, the buying experience was pressure-free. Alyssa was exceptional. She was a joy to work with and was able to get the purchase done swiftly. Alyssa was able to answer all of my questions and didn’t pressure me once to make a decision. She was very sympathetic to the issues I have encountered at other dealers, and post sale has followed up and made herself available. Alyssa’s dedication to superior customer service can’t be understated. I wish other dealerships and vehicle salespeople would learn a thing or two from Motor Werks and Alyssa. More

She was helpful and Motor Werks a try. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff! Everyone was welcoming, however Alyssa stood out. She was helpful and knowledgeable yet not pushy whatsoever. I appreciated her transparency in the deal. From the initial negotiation she was precise and the transaction did not involve all the back and forth that other dealerships make you go through. I was just looking and did not know if I would purchase a car that day. However based on her kind assistance and professionalism I decided to buy the car. I really enjoyed that at Motor Werks the entire transaction is with your sales associate front start to end of transaction. Very personalized and appreciated. Thank you for the great experience, Alyssa. More
