We had a wonderful experience working with German Navarro-Iniguez. We initially came in to purchase a Honda Pilot, and he made the entire process easy, transparent, and stress-free. He was professional, patient, responsive, and never made us feel pressured. We were so happy with our experience that just a few days later, we came back and purchased a Honda CR-V with him as well. Returning for a second car so soon really says how much we trusted and appreciated his service. Thank you, German, for making both purchases such a positive experience. We highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a Honda! More

I recently purchased a Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring from Motor Werks Honda in Barrington, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Overall, it was outstanding. Buying a car is not usually some from Motor Werks Honda in Barrington, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Overall, it was outstanding. Buying a car is not usually something I look forward to, but this team made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. Everyone I worked with was professional, helpful, and made me feel well taken care of. Tom and Natalie (Client Advisers) were wonderful to work with, and Ziggy and Brent (Sales Managers) were especially helpful when I had questions about the trade-in value. I really appreciated their patience, honesty, and the way everything was explained so clearly. Aaron (General Manager) greeted me at the door and stayed involved throughout to make sure everything went smoothly. That level of attention and customer care really stood out to me. I would absolutely recommend Motor Werks Honda to anyone looking for a top-notch car-buying experience. More

I have to say, I was always skeptical about shopping at MW because I was concerned about Barrington markup. This dealership was very competitive and generous with trade in allowances as well. And they were MW because I was concerned about Barrington markup. This dealership was very competitive and generous with trade in allowances as well. And they were willing to acquire a vehicle I wanted from a different dealer and still negotiated on the price. I purchased a 2026 Ridgeline black edition and a 2026 Pilot Elite from the Honda dealer here. Adrian Rivas is professional, knowledgeable, has a great attitude and made us feel welcome and well cared for. This dealer also has great perks like car wash credits and cafe credits that make it attractive to want to come back. Highly recommended. I hate car buying more than I hate going to the dentist, but negotiating 2 vehicle purchases in a month was a good experience here. More

We purchased a CRV hybrid from Terry Pytel in late June. Terry was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Unfortunately we had a few hiccups in the deal but none of them were due to errors Terry was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Unfortunately we had a few hiccups in the deal but none of them were due to errors on Terry’s part. He worked diligently to make everything work out perfectly and to our complete satisfaction. I held off completing this survey until we had the car for a few months and had taken it on a few short trips. Happy to say, we are still just as happy with the car now. We also had a follow up appointment with Terry a few weeks ago so that he could review some of the many features on the car that we needed extra help learning about. Once again, he was the most patient, knowledgeable and genuinely kind salesman we could have ever hoped to have! He deserves 5 stars plus! More
