Horrible service! I took the car in at 7:30am to be Horrible service! I took the car in at 7:30am to be serviced and to fix the front right turn indicator. I was told it would be about two hours. Horrible service! I took the car in at 7:30am to be serviced and to fix the front right turn indicator. I was told it would be about two hours. At 9:10 I was told it needed a filter and it was on the way and would be there “within the hour”. At 10:10am, I was told something about the parts services going “around” and it would be there “within the hour”. I told them I had an appoint at 11am. Finally, I left at 11:08 without the filter and the dash light saying the parking light was out. I received a text at 12:09 the filter had arrived. Glad I didn’t wait the three hours! I drove about 15 miles and parked. When I returned to the car (to Tuttle Click for the filter), the front turn indicator was out again and the parking light. I returned for the filter. When I asked about a credit on the right turn indictor blub (Shouldn’t it last longer than 15 miles?) I was told, “No…..because I asked for the blub and signed the papers for a blub”. I asked to have the turn indicator fixed! When I first called, the representative said it “might be the blub”. I never said it needed a blub, I wanted it “FIXED”. Why would I ask for a “blub”, I’m not a mechanic? Now, they don’t have a “specialist” available. I can leave the car and “maybe” they can take care of tomorrow. I paid for the repair service insurance, but they don’t know if it includes the fix or a rental. Bottom line. I spent almost 5 hours and two trips to service my car and “fix” the front right turn signal. I now have two lights not working and a $70 bill for a light blub that doesn’t work. More

Misunderstanding on all sides - but very professional Had a great, quick and no-hassle initial sales experience with Rudy, who was super nice and attentive at the time of sale, then found out some stuff a Had a great, quick and no-hassle initial sales experience with Rudy, who was super nice and attentive at the time of sale, then found out some stuff after the deal closed that didn't make me as happy. Full disclosure, fault in this situation is probably allocatable to both myself AND the dealer because I failed to completely understand some aspects of the deal, but crucial information about payoff was also miscommunicated by the dealer/leasing company. Despite this, Amad kept his cool and was nothing but professional and patient during our conversation about this. Amad promised to refund me $250 after the deal was completed and kept good on his promise. Frustrated that it happened (again, probably both our faults) but they handled it in good faith and with class. Major lessons learned: DON'T LET OTHER PEOPLE PUSH YOU TO SIGN DOCUMENTS WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION, and also DON'T DO A LEASE DEAL WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT EXACTLY IS BEING USED TO REDUCE YOUR PAYOFF. More

Hope you don't get a LEMON - NO empathy from the management! My car DIED on 9/24/18, so they buried it in their back lot!!! I have an appt today for the buy back. Yeah that's right - 3 and a half months later My car DIED on 9/24/18, so they buried it in their back lot!!! I have an appt today for the buy back. Yeah that's right - 3 and a half months later !!! I've had to make payments on my car while they decided how much money they could screw me out of !!! More

Do Not Do Business Here! TUTTLE-CLICK, AHMAD SOLEMAN, AND DON PALMER PUT PROFITS BEFORE PEOPLES’ SAFETY. WARNING: I brought my Dodge Ram 1500 in for an oil change and som TUTTLE-CLICK, AHMAD SOLEMAN, AND DON PALMER PUT PROFITS BEFORE PEOPLES’ SAFETY. WARNING: I brought my Dodge Ram 1500 in for an oil change and some other minor work. After my truck had been in their shop for six (6) days and several days of me calling and leaving messages to check the progress, and not hearing back from my service representative Izzy, I physically had to go in and wait nearly a half hour before I was able to retrieve my truck. However, this is just the beginning of what is an ongoing nightmare… Upon driving my truck home, about 10 miles from Tuttle-Click, I heard a strange clicking sound coming from the front of my truck. The next time I drove was to get my kids from school. As I drove away with my kids in tow toward the ice-cream shop prepared to celebrate their first day back, my steering wheel and entire truck started to wobble uncontrollably. I immediately pulled over to inspect the vehicle, to find to my shock that only 2 out of 5 lug nuts were holding my right front wheel on! Of the two remaining lug nuts I was able to spin one of them with my fingers. MY TIRE NEARLY CAME COMPLETELY OFF WHILE I WAS DRIVING MY TWO SMALL CHILDREN! I called Tuttle-Click’s Service Manager, Don Palmer, to inform him of what had happened and he instructed me to bring it in so that he could take a look. Don Palmer called me back later in the day and to my amazement proceeded to feed me the following two (2) fairytales; A: someone tried to steal my rims and was scared off; or B: my tire suddenly came off due to an aftermarket lift installed 8 years ago. Don Palmer insisted that Tuttle-Click was not responsible and refused to repair the damage. Don stated that, although it is standard practice for Tuttle-Click to rotate tires when changing the oil on vehicles, that this time they had not touched my tires. Please keep in mind, that I had not had any issue whatsoever with wobbliness or loose lug nuts prior to bringing it in for work. My wife and I purchased our vehicles and have had them serviced at Tuttle-Click ever since that time. Every time prior to this incident Tuttle-Click has rotated our tires. I find it convenient and suspect that only after reporting the incident was I informed that this time they did not rotate the tires. Outraged I called Tuttle-Click’s General Manager, Ahmad Soleman. Despite our years of customer loyalty and the obvious and clear correlation between the service and the tire nearly falling off, Ahmad also refused to take any responsibility or even offer to repair the damage. I brought my truck in for a standard oil change and to change a headlight. Now, instead of having my truck back with a fresh oil change, I have to eat the bill for having it towed to Tuttle-Click, pay another tow truck to take the truck to another repair shop, and pay a ridiculous amount for another shop to repair the extensive damaged caused by Tuttle-Click. I do not complain without cause and have never left a poor review of any business online, but I feel that if Tuttle-Click, Ahmad Soleman, and Don Palmer are trying to pull this on me they likely take advantage of others as well. I strongly caution anyone contemplating buying or having service done at Tuttle-Click to reconsider. TUTTLE-CLICK, AHMAD SOLEMAN, AND DON PALMER PUT PROFITS BEFORE PEOPLES’ SAFETY. More

Keep purchase Assad is a great salesperson. He let us take “our” time in looking at jeeps without being pushy rather being helpful by answering our many questions. Assad is a great salesperson.
