DealerRater Review ★☆☆☆☆ Dishonest Practices & Terrible Customer Service I purchased a used Cadillac Escalade ESV-V for $123,000 from this dealership, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the entire exp Customer Service I purchased a used Cadillac Escalade ESV-V for $123,000 from this dealership, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience. The vehicle had two prior accidents that were never disclosed to me — I only discovered this after running my own vehicle history report. This kind of lack of transparency is completely unacceptable, especially at this price point. The salesperson, Amad Tariq, was also incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I asked a simple question about the ETA for the delivery driver, I was met with an unnecessarily sarcastic response, saying “It is what it is, it’s traffic time.” That kind of dismissive attitude was not what I expected from someone in a customer-facing role, especially for a luxury vehicle. The dealership's handling of my concerns only made matters worse. Instead of offering a resolution or taking the car back, they gave me two unappealing options: Keep the car and deal with the issues, or Trade it in, but only if I purchased another vehicle from them. Given my experience, I refused to buy another car from them, as I had no trust in the quality or honesty of their inventory. After returning the car, I ended up losing about $7,000 in just one week. To make things worse, they tried to tell me that they only use AutoCheck, and not Carfax. This was a major red flag, especially when there were clear discrepancies between the reports. Additionally, how does this car pass a Virginia safety inspection when it was pulling to the left and the steering wheel wasn’t straight? This dealership is not trustworthy and doesn’t care about its customers. If you're looking for a used car, especially a luxury vehicle like an Escalade, do yourself a favor and go to a reputable Cadillac dealership. I would strongly recommend Penske, AutoNation, Sonic, or Lindsay for a much better experience. More

Shelby was amazing in all aspects. Respectful, nice, and answered all of my questions and concerns. The reason for my 3 star ranking was due to a sales person named Ahmad who was the e Respectful, nice, and answered all of my questions and concerns. The reason for my 3 star ranking was due to a sales person named Ahmad who was the exact opposite of Shelby. He was rude and disrespectful and would be the sole reason for me not directing anyone to your dealership just because there’sa chance he would be the person they deal with. If you Can work with anyone then make it Shelby because she was absolutely amazing to work with. More
