Aman Is Mr. Toyota!!!! Great deal from Costco & Dealer. Aman is the best salesman & Mark Schwartz is the best Mgr.!!! (This is my 6th White Toyota in a row; 3 Cressidas & 3 Great deal from Costco & Dealer. Aman is the best salesman & Mark Schwartz is the best Mgr.!!! Smithtown Toyota Saves the Day I know that Toyota would not go under or care if I switched to another product after a horrendous experience at another dealership before I found Smit I know that Toyota would not go under or care if I switched to another product after a horrendous experience at another dealership before I found Smithtown Toyota but their entire staff made me feel like they would care personally and treated us like royalty. that being the only reason why I will stay with Toyota vehicles for my family. From the second I walked in and met with Aman Singh I knew I was in for a totally new pleasant experience. His knowledge of product,patience and less than pushy approach made me feel comfortable. Aman made himself available anytime we called and was always responsive. Truly a class act. Then I met Jeff Bratisax in finance. His honesty and advice of how to spend or not spend unnecessarily yet still have the protection and options I wanted is very commendable. The entire dealership keeps a very light hearted, professional atmosphere. The girls in the front that greet you are cordial and nice and even remembered who was coming back to see and to boot the owner of the dealership came over to shake my hand and wish me "luck with my new car". When you walk out the door upon delivery,( in which Amon came in on his day off to go over the car's features with me ) included in your paperwork is all sorts of benefits and options for services that they offer to keep your car buying experience a re memorable treat. I was never so happy to spend so much money, and can not wait to recommend anyone there especially to my contacts Amon and Jeff to all my family members,friend,colleagues and associates I know. More

Poor Delivery of Brand New Car After we brought home our brand new Avalon last Aug 2013, I found a piece of hardened bagel on top of the engine under the hood. It was disappointing. After we brought home our brand new Avalon last Aug 2013, I found a piece of hardened bagel on top of the engine under the hood. It was disappointing. However, we just brushed it aside thinking it was an oversight. Fast forward to April 2014. We brought back the Avalon to the dealer because we got fed up with a rattling sound somewhere. We could not pin point where it is coming from. According to the Technician's report, they removed a stale/hardened bread stuck on a shield. This reflects poor quality control on the part of the dealer. More

This review is the second review I have ever written. Since I felt such a strong need to write my first review about my extremely negative experience at Huntington Toyota, I am glad that my second review Since I felt such a strong need to write my first review about my extremely negative experience at Huntington Toyota, I am glad that my second review is going to be about the very positive experience that my husband and I had buying our car from Smithtown Toyota. If you happened to have read my review of Huntington Toyota, you know that Mike Fox (salesman) was completely dishonest with me on the phone about whether or not they had a car on the lot that I was interested in seeing. After another salesman informed me that the same car was not on the lot and that he hadn’t seen that car on the lot in a while, I received another email from Mr. Fox asking me if I wanted to put down a deposit on the car (that wasn’t there) before visiting the showroom. If you want to buy a car from Toyota, I would highly recommend that you buy your car from Smithtown Toyota. I also highly recommend that you request to work with Aman Singh when you get there. Not only was he honest about which cars Smithtown Toyota did and did not have on its lot, but he was also honest about which accessories were and were not included in specific cars. Not only was he knowledgeable when I asked him questions, but he patiently answered all of my questions in a manner that clearly demonstrated his interest in helping his customers. Throughout our car-buying process, I clearly sensed that Smithtown Toyota values customer satisfaction. The various employees who worked with Aman Singh all worked very well together. I overheard them assisting one another to help various customers and they did the same for my husband and I. They were pleasant and made me feel eager to return to Smithtown Toyota the next time my husband and I are looking for a new car. In fact, the customer service that we received from Aman Singh at Smithtown Toyota was so positive, that I hope my husband and I decide to buy another car from Toyota in the future, just so that we can work with Aman Singh again! More

I am writing this review out of appreciation for the fine professional service which I received at the Smithtown Toyota Dealership in general as well as from salesperson Mr. Aman Singh in particular. While professional service which I received at the Smithtown Toyota Dealership in general as well as from salesperson Mr. Aman Singh in particular. While I pretty much already had in mind the type of car I was looking for, Mr. Singh was nonetheless most patient and most professional in acquainting me with a whole host of options which I hadn't even considered when I first arrived. In the end, I was truly delighted with Mr. Singh's courtesy and professionalism throughout the entire transaction. In addition, I am very happy with the Toyota Camry Hybrid in which I eventually drove away. To sum it all up, as a result of the fine service which I received, I have every intention of returning to Smithtown Toyota after my new 3-year lease is up in order to negotiate the leasing or purchase of still another fine Toyota vehicle. If you are looking for a hassle-free, no pressure, easy car shopping experience you should make an appointment with Aman Singh! I hated car shopping until I worked with Aman. Aman is professional, welcoming and attentive to what you are looking for. He does not push you, or rush you through the process. I have personally purchased 3 cars and I have helped multiple friends make purchases. As strange as it may sound, I really enjoy haggling with car salesmen. There's a certain thrill associated with ge multiple friends make purchases. As strange as it may sound, I really enjoy haggling with car salesmen. There's a certain thrill associated with getting that sticker price down closer to the invoice price. The down side is it sometimes takes a few hours of negotiation and you usually don't leave the dealership on friendly terms, with the sales staff anyway. This is NOT the case at Smithtown Toyota. My sales rep, Aman, went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. He was professional, polite, charismatic, and most importantly we were able to come to a great price hassle free with no hard feelings. I haven't had my new car serviced by them yet so I can't comment on that aspect of the dealership although the service center does look nice and new. I've been stationed in several states along the east coast, if I am anywhere in the tristate area this is the dealership I will use and take shipmates to from now on. Ask for Aman and tell him Tim sent you! More
