Ireally appreciated Alan Brown and his crew. God fearing group that had the person in mind. I thought the electric car would be more reliable - lest parts, etc. It’s the technology that's expe God fearing group that had the person in mind. He helped me decide between gas, electric and dual product. I financed that i never did that before and didn’t need to. Everything is changing so fast we can’t keep with the complexity. More training is needed. Where is the need for all the gizmos. Where is safety, budgets , purpose ( not appearance ) the the main objective for the buyer??? More

This is quite literally the best car buying experience I have ever had. The 5 Star Team is just that. My issue was not usual. We were all made as welcome as houseguests while management, me and my wife navigated warranties, and roadside assist, and GM itself! The Service Manager provided full transperancy on what services were needed in order for me to make a sound decision on what I believe was the best for the time. She thoroughly reviewed other things and f services were needed in order for me to make a sound decision on what I believe was the best for the time. She thoroughly reviewed other things and found that my right windshield wiper needed to be replaced as I was not aware. Keeping my vehicle road worthy and upmost safe is a definite plus and this is why I choose Five Star Chevrolet over several other dealerships way closer to my residence.
