You had your car towed here for diagnosis and at that point we recommended an engine. At that point we put you into a loaner vehicle. We attempted to call you for 10 days. (this is on our phone call records) to pick up you vehicle. Only to find out that you have driven the loaner out of state which states in the policy that you cannot do. When it was convienent for you, you called the store to get the status of your vehicle. We told you that it was ready. Upon arrival you returned your rental which was filthy and disgusting. You then called back a few weeks later stating that there was something else going wrong. We sent you the diagnosis and you said you needed to think about it. We didnt hear from you until you drove to the dealership at 4:30 and started to talk down to our service advisor. At that point you were asked to take your vehicle elsewhere for repairs. We do not tolerate being talked to in that manner. You have a right to voice frustration but not to a point of being belligerent.
