We diagnosed your car, you to took our diagnosis and decided to take it to your local mechanic. You then brought the car back to us because it was not operating as it should be. We have no control of how YOUR mechanic repairs the car. We can only control what we can repair. If you did not need a converter wouldnt your mechanic have told you when they diagnose the situation. We also noticed that you are trying to dispute a charge for your diag fee that we charge. That is illegal. This could have been handled very differently but you decided to go this route.
