We test drove a few vehicles before seeing a used one that came up quickly. The response time was great and we selected a salesperson to help us with the test drive. Based on the quality and value of the vehicle, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. Overall experience was great. Only hiccup which I will chalk up to a miscommunication was that I wanted to compare financing rates before determining who to finance with. Unfortunately this was not related to the finance department and they proceeding with opening the loan with a higher rate than my bank offered. After working with Amanda, she was able to address my concerns and got my monthly payment where I expected it to be. I appreciate the extra steps they took to make us satisfied with the purchase. More
