Transaxle shifting problems My 2014 Escape was having trouble shifting too hard when changing gears. The problem was identified and corrected. Amanda made sure I was kept informed of the progress and I appreciated that. The only issue I have is the front windshield was somehow cracked during the repair timeframe. I recently purchased a new 2013 Ford Explorer from Mike Castrucci Ford in Milford. It is not ready for service as yet, however, I wanted rain shields put on my windows. I called the service dept. ordered t Castrucci Ford in Milford. It is not ready for service as yet, however, I wanted rain shields put on my windows. I called the service dept. ordered them and had them installed all with in 3 days. Now, how is that for service!! Amanda is great to work with. She was excited to see that I had bought a new vehicle. My husband and I have used her as our service rep for several years. We will continue to use the service dept for both our Ford vehicles. More

After reading the reviews on this website about the service department at Mike Castrucci, I was very reluctant to take my car there. I had FOUR awesome reviews from people I know and because it was clo service department at Mike Castrucci, I was very reluctant to take my car there. I had FOUR awesome reviews from people I know and because it was closest to my house, I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did! I am the kind of person who is crazy about my car, and I didn't want to hand it over to just anyone, but I had a check engine light and it wouldn't shift, so I knew I couldn't fix it. They had my car fixed and back to me the same day. I was SO glad I chose Mike Castrucci and I would definitely recommend them. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. More

I bought my truck from Bobby and have had it in for service twice. The whole staff is very friendly and Bobby is great at accommodating my schedule and providing transportation while they work on my tr service twice. I bought my 2012 F-150 from Bobby. He was great through the sales process. I have also had my service done there, and they are always great about taking good care of me.
