"Fantastic"

Tony Holden was a great guy yo work with. I bought my last truck from him and because of the way i was treated, I returned and got the same service as last time. I'm very particular when I car shop and Tony never gave up on me and isn't pushy like salesman I've had in the past at other lots. Mike green the finance manager was also a pleasure working with as I was in and out in no time. Fantastic job

"Poor service after the sale"

I have my 2013 Ford truck serviced at Casstrucci Ford, in Milford, because I bought it there. After checking service work done on my last visit, I discovered the work was not done. I reported it to the service manager. Then I receive a 70,000 mile service request via email from Casstrucci Ford. My check engine light comes on & I pull into get service or an appointment. I'm told they won't check my engine light & can't get me in for 2 weeks. Would anyone want to keep driving with out knowing why the check engine light is on? It takes 15 seconds to plug in the meter! Come on!
