I have had 5 jeeps and decided to try something new and went with the Lexus RX. For the past 3 months I was telling myself how excited I am to get into a Jeep again, but the thought of the process was not motivating me. I was referred to Amanda, client adviser at Nielsen and never thought my experience was going to be so amazing. The moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands just by her greeting. The paperwork was ready, printed, and in a folder waiting me for to sign. From the time I parked and drove off the lot with my new car it was all under 2 hours. That is basically unheard of. The quote I got on the phone was the quote that was given to me, no surprises, no added or hidden fees nothing. Nobody could have been as honest and as caring as Amanda. I recommend that if you are looking for a vehicle she not only is so knowledgeable but she will be so straight forward and tell you everything you want to hear and not want to hear.
