Now disappointed My first experience in purchasing my Jeep was good. The sales end is always difficult but I let feeling great as I was impressed by Amanda. A few week My first experience in purchasing my Jeep was good. The sales end is always difficult but I let feeling great as I was impressed by Amanda. A few weeks later I brought a friend who ended up trading two vehicles for two Jeep products. This sale wasn't as easy but overall was fine. Two months later I bought a prowned vehicle. Not as great of an experience as the first sale but it was ok. For referring a friend I was told by Amanda that I would get a referral check. Also she said to let her know if I didn't get it. I sent emails and call after the sale of the Jeep. When I came in in Feb to buy a pre owned vehicle I informed her again of not receiving the check. It is the end of April and After more emails and calls to managers (which were never returned) . Since the beginning of March I was also trying to get the title to the pre owned vehicle. Finally in April after several emails and calls I was informed that the title was sent certified mail. I advised I never signed for it nor received and that my Jeep title was just mailed to me. I was told they were waiting for the return receipt. After two weeks I advised again for status of the title and I insisted it be reordered. I was in for service this past week and finally spoke to Rick who had not return my calls. Upon arrival the two receptionist asked me if I had an appointment to see Rick. I said no and had left him messages and had left a message of Bill, the head manager. The two ladies then ignored me. A nice man from marketing went to let Rick now I was there. I found Rick to be aloof and said he had been busy to return my calls. I had called three times over a course of a week. He went and got the check and said they would FedEx my title. He at first only gave me half of the referral amount. I have had no issues with service. I am disappointed with run around and lack of response on these two issues and should have not had to come in to have these items somewhat resolved. Not holding my breath on getting the title. I regret the positive feedback I gave after purchasing my Jeep. More
