Clean facility. Friendly staff Easy and efficient check in process. Facility is very clean and designed to make the customer comfortable. Staff all seem to be happy and committed to excellent customer service. Just a few minor glitches. My service associate texted her number to me to use in case I needed to contact her. I tried to do so, but got no response. So, I tried calling her via the Boch service phone menu. But, she was not on the menu. I then tried any random service associate on the phone menu and was able to have my question answered. When I was called to let me know my vehicle was ready, I arrived about 45 minutes later. For some reason the paperwork had not been completed and I had to wait about 15 minutes more. I don’t know whose fault that was? These were minor complaints, though. I will certainly return to Boch Honda West. More

Over priced for transmission fluid change Was charged $120 for transmission fluid change which included a $25 off coupon. Local shop charged half the price. Poor Customer Service I brought my vehicle in as I always have to your service center. I was told there would be no problem getting an oil change if I was there by 7:15. I brought my vehicle in as I always have to your service center. I was told there would be no problem getting an oil change if I was there by 7:15. I sat waiting approximately 30 min when I was approached by the service rep. Telling me they would not perform the service because they did not have a service tech to do the work. This is not something that I was expecting after all the $$$ I've given the dealership(bought 2012 Pilot new and serviced at location since) Let alone the dealership still owes me a complete vehicle detail because I had a tech not properly perform a prior oil change. But the dealership has not followed that up, because they hope I have forgotten. This reminds me of my daughter taking her vehicle to you folks for an oil change and inspection. She had an issue with a headlight alignment and was told Boch Honda West could not make that adjustment because her vehicle wasn't a Honda. The dealership stuck a young lady(my daughter) and would not help her.... Bad on You folks. I have had great service from Amanda Grey, but I was surprised not to hear back from her after this incident. More

From the very beginning it was clear that Aliana's priority was making sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase and experience at her dealership. Even when questions arose post-purchase, Aliana quickly answered them and addressed all of my issues. Aliana is personable and professional, and excellent in her position. I would highly recommend Boch Honda West as a dealership, Aliana as a sales consultant, as well as their excellent service organization. More

Quick & pleasant Amanda Gray has given me exceptional service & care since I purchased my car. I never had to do a thing not even make a timed apt. She said don't worry when you get here I will get you in right away. Which is great, I live 45 minutes away. That girl is a keeper, great people skills & exceptional service are hard to come by. Also my salesman Jean was fantastic too. The only thing I wasn't to imprest with was a not so great job cleaning the car. The interiot had drips from the upholstery cleaner, I purchased the 624..00 add on. I wouldn't pay the 1,000 they wanted for buffing/cleaning it. Jean said they would still do it, but it didn't look like the car was buffed. More
