My over all experience was good. I was surprised that credit card fees are passed on to the customer. I visited this service center to get a sensor issue fixed in my car, which they were able to replace. However, shortly after the repair, a new rattling noise started coming from the car. I had to follow up w in my car, which they were able to replace. However, shortly after the repair, a new rattling noise started coming from the car. I had to follow up with them multiple times over nearly two months to get it addressed. While they eventually worked on resolving the issue, the fix doesn’t seem to be complete—I still hear the rattling sound occasionally. The prolonged delay and the need for repeated follow-ups were quite frustrating, and I expected a more thorough and efficient resolution from a professional service center. More
