A little about me: I have 3 dogs (Bailey,Stoney and Charlie,) *My Fur-Babies* I am originally from the east side of Cleveland (St. Clair) and now reside in North Ridgeville. My Mother she is my best friend and confidant. I love comfort food, the kind that sticks to your ribs. In my spare time I Love to Karaoke, Play Pool and relaxing on the couch with my pups & watch some TV, anything reality shows, cooking network and Gordon Ramsey is on my DVR. All in all I consider myself very down to earth, a real people person who is here to make someone smile. I love to hear new stories and make new friends, I am here to listen & help. Come see me. Got the year of the car wrong. Told us the car was being sold as new and gave us a used car rate. Chris wasn't there at the time we had set for our meeting and made us wait. Bob in finance had many things wrong that we had to point out to him, like the actual price of the car. And we had to wait for him as well. We got there at 4 and didn't get out until almost dark. I will never go back and will tell everyone our story. There is more that was wrong but why bother as nothing will come of it. I am trying not to waste my time on this anymore. More

The dealership people were fine. Dylan was really great. I’m well old enough to be his mom and I feel like he kind of treated me like « mom age » (which I found sweet). I promised him that when it came time for a survey I was going to comment on how old and outdated the inside of the dealership felt. The seats in the show room were peeling and there was a brewed coffee machine and in the service waiting room was older furniture. In comparing that with other dealerships I was in - as I was looking at cars - it fell considerably short in terms of comfort and amenities. Not that this should be that important, but I had to wait in the waiting area a couple times in the last 6 weeks and it wasn’t overly comfortable or welcoming. More

I feel like I was forced to buy what I don't like Buyers remorse. I hated the car and still do. Was told that's all they could get me in. Was in the dealership 4 hours and feel like I've been duped. The dealer was helpful for me in finding exactly the car I was looking for, even though it was in another lot. Being able to do so much of the finance/etc paperwork ahead of time was AWESOME!
