Best buying process from a dealership First, I want to start of stating that I equate car shopping to getting root canal. To top it off, we were in a little bit of a hurry so I didn't want First, I want to start of stating that I equate car shopping to getting root canal. To top it off, we were in a little bit of a hurry so I didn't want to waste a lot of time there. We went in looking for a 2020 Telluride SX and I was expecting this to be a painful high pressure experience with price gouging due to it being a new model. However, this wasn't that! We were greeted by Amanda and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. We knew what we were looking for and she was able to help us find what we needed and answer our questions. I understand that there is always a negotioation process but this wasn't too bad and I feel we got a great deal. My ONLY complaint is that I think the desks are too close toghether and there wasn't really any privacy to discuss the financials of the deal. My wife and I had to go outside for that which, in the grand scheme, wasn't that bad. However, when it comes to personal finance discussions/decisions, there should have been a more private place to discuss it then at an open desk. Another HUGE help in the process was Eric Cabrera, in the finance dept. He heard we were in a slight hurry and went through and placed highlights everywhere we had to sign before we came in. This was a huge timesaver not having to hunt for signature places. It was also nice that Mike Murphy Jr. came over to check on the deal and explain part of the process to us. All in all, it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend MM Kia to anyone looking for a Kia. More

Excellent dealetship! My husband and I went to Mike Murphy Kia to check out the new Telluride. He is 6'5" so a vehicle that was comfortable to him was a plus! We needed one My husband and I went to Mike Murphy Kia to check out the new Telluride. He is 6'5" so a vehicle that was comfortable to him was a plus! We needed one where a carseat could fit behind him driving and still have room to spare. We were not able to purchase one of the Telluride's BUT we did purchase a 2018 Kia Sedona. The owner's wife, Beth, had been helpful all week and really wanted to make a sale. She was actually driving the Sedona we were interested in. She actually drove to the dealer on her day off so we could check out the Sedona. After a long thoughtful process, my husband and I decided that the Sedona was the better fit for our family and we couldn't be any happier. They were all super friendly and helpful and did everything they could to earn our business!. If you are on the look for a new vehicle, please check Mike Murphy Kia out. Kenny, Amanda, Mike Jr., Mike Sr., and Beth are AWESOME!!! More

Amanda did an awesome job of taking care of us during the buying process and didn’t pressure us and let us take our time. A little less than three hours later we happily left with a brand new 2020 Soul! Highly recommend Mike Murphy and especially Amanda! More
