Amanda is very helpful and helping me address my concerns but ultimately she works for the dealership which determine the price of items returning a loyal customer should be getting better rates than they ar but ultimately she works for the dealership which determine the price of items returning a loyal customer should be getting better rates than they are currently receiving for the services that they are requesting example cost to get replacement keys for vehicle is too expensive. I do love the videos showing what’s going on with the vehicle, but I would prefer to get a little bit more honesty from all personnel. He goes a long way. There are people that knows about cars and their people that don’t and I would appreciate a lot more honesty that I’ve been receiving. More
