He knows the details of the car in/out and can guide us the best possible approach to take. After taking a week to make a decision, on a day when both Richard and Amanda were out, we got connected to Sal and his manager Val. A few minutes of discussing with them, you can see the depth of knowledge they have on the process, their ability to go the extra mile to support you and wonderful folks.
