Lenny, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced with our service department. We understand how disappointing it is to expect your vehicle to be ready, only to have the check engine light come back on during pickup. Your 2013 FIAT has over 273,000 miles, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to help keep it on the road. Our team completed over $3,200 worth of repairs under your lifetime service contract along with an additional $500 customer pay repair. After the initial repair, the technician test drove the vehicle approximately 15 miles without any issues. Unfortunately, the check engine light returned about 5 miles after leaving the dealership, which required us to bring the vehicle back in so we could repair the concern under the service contract as well. We also understand the process took longer than expected due to waiting on repair authorization approvals, and we know that delays and lack of communication can make the experience even more frustrating. That is never the experience we want for our customers. Our team did leave a voicemail this morning to provide an update, and we would love the opportunity to continue working with you directly to make things right. Thank you again for your patience and for allowing us the chance to assist with your vehicle.
