Ambers customer service is non existent. I purchased a vehicle from Pacifico Hyundai while out of town. She told me she would contact me the next day about the titling and plates since it ne I purchased a vehicle from Pacifico Hyundai while out of town. She told me she would contact me the next day about the titling and plates since it needed to go through my home state. I never once received a call. I waited a couple weeks to give her time and then I began calling her. For three weeks straight after hat, I called every day. I left multiple messages and never once received a call back. She never once answered a call either. Finally, I got a manger involved and he was able to handle the situation and provide me with the information I needed. I can understand having a busy workload and I attempted to be understanding of that, but 5 weeks and not one return call!!? Completely unacceptable. More
