If I could give zero stars, I would. This dealership flat-out misrepresented the car they sold me. The listing bragged about the “premium Bose audio system” in not one, not two, but thre This dealership flat-out misrepresented the car they sold me. The listing bragged about the “premium Bose audio system” in not one, not two, but three separate places. After driving 18 hours round trip to buy it, I discovered the audio system doesn’t even work. The amp is clearly blown, meaning what they advertised simply wasn’t true. When I reached out, their only “solution” was beyond insulting: they told me to drive another 18 hours back, pay them to fix the system that they falsely advertised, and then drive another 18 hours to pick it up. Completely unreasonable. When I pushed back and mentioned I’d be forced to go to the BBB if they wouldn’t make this right, the salesman immediately cut off communication, claiming I “threatened” him. Now they refuse to respond at all. This is scammy, unprofessional behavior at its worst. They’re happy to take your money, but the second there’s a problem they vanish. If you value honesty, integrity, or even basic customer service, avoid this place at all costs. More

The sales person Tim was not pleasant to work with. He displayed a level of disrespect that I had never dealt with in all of my years of buying cars. There was a lack of respect permeated in the air at this place and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The lack of overall disrespect leads me to have such an opinion.
