I bought a 2018 used Mustang Ecoboost convertible with 72k miles on it from this dealership from Matt. I drove out of state (leaving early in the morning), got there by 10:30 for a test drive, sealed the deal by 11:30, and was on the road driving back home by 1 after all the paperwork. Professional and quick, Matt neither pressured nor pursued something I didn’t want. I came in for a Mustang, and I left with one. No hassle. I put 10k down, and easily financed the rest (my credit score was good). I knew what I was going in for after months of comparing other cars on Cargurus. It was a 400 mile drive back home and no check engine lights popped up or anything giving out. Excellent work. More people should browse online and check reviews for dealerships, because you might find a gem of a car and a honest golden dealership like Auto City. Great work Matt. More

They changed my opinion of what a car dealer is like. I was the hyper skeptical customer believing all the stereotypes about used car dealers, after working with Matthew, I can tell you this predisposit I was the hyper skeptical customer believing all the stereotypes about used car dealers, after working with Matthew, I can tell you this predisposition was incorrect. He was honest, kind, Christian, and relatable. The cars we looked at were clean and in good working order. The price was not flexible, but it was very reasonable to begin with so how can I fault him for not budging on an already good price. All the cars I saw were state inspected, cleaned and detailed. We never felt any pressure. He allowed us to test drive alone. He allowed us to get a pre purchase inspection. He offered a extended warranty plan ( I declined but he was upfront about the process and I never felt pressured in anyway). Amber showed us financing options although I chose to pay cash for the car anyway. I would send anyone looking for a good used car to Auto city! More
