I was scheduled to have a Amber Smith as my service person, however, I can 30 minutes early and offered to come back at another time if this was inconvenient and she very rudely said she wouldn't take person, however, I can 30 minutes early and offered to come back at another time if this was inconvenient and she very rudely said she wouldn't take me because she’s eating lunch and she still has a full 20 minutes of lunch, without me, even being able to say that I can come back because I knew I had to come early.
